I have never had much success with physio in the past, but was recommended to see Neha at PhysioCoach. I was so grateful and shocked that my injury was nearly completely fixed after the first session. Neha has been treating me over the last 5 months with multiple issues. She is a physio that has a ‘solution’ focus. She looks outside the square and looks for new ways to assist holistically and innovatively. In my case, she was able to link weaknesses in my body to the areas causing pain. She has shown me stretches, exercises and suggested other therapies. (Ie: yoga/aqua aerobics) to improve my condition. I have found her encouragement invaluable.
